Anyone familiar with Oklahoma athletics would recognize that Coach Sherri Coale has played a vital role in the success of the Women’s Basketball team at OU. After taking the position of head coach in 1996, she brought the Sooners back into the national spotlight by taking the team to multiple Championships in the following years. In 2005 and 2006, she led the team as they became the first Big 12 team to go undefeated in conference play. Celebrate Coale’s immeasurable contribution to the Sooners family and the Sooners’ journey to the Final Four in 2009 with this Coach Coale basketball hat from Top of the World. Designed by Coach Coale herself, it features applique “Oklahoma” lettering on the crown, a school wordmark embroidered on the left side and an adjustable slide closure at the back. Also featuring “2009 One Team One Goal” lettering embroidered on the back and “Thanks for being a great Sooner!” printed with a replica signature under the bill, this distressed cap is a must-have for any Oklahoma supporter.
