Protection of your payment information

Once your payment has been received, your credit card information is held for a period of three months to enable returns to be dealt with as required. While we hold your information we store it securely on a private and secure database server that is protected behind a state of the art firewall on a separate network not attached to the Internet. The actual credit card information is encrypted while stored on this server to assure that even in the extraordinarily unlikely event that security were to be compromised, the credit card or check information would be useless to anyone trying to gain access.

Sales Tax
The law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Florida and California. No sales tax is charged when buying online gift certificates, however, purchases paid for with online gift certificates will be charged applicable sales tax if shipped to an address in Florida or California. Sales tax is calculated from the total of the merchandise purchased. Sales tax will not be charged for any shipping costs.
